Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges for a different size within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • The item must include original packaging and tags

How to Raise an Exchange Request

Please follow the steps below to initiate an exchange:

  1. Email us at admin@flickit.app

  2. Use the subject line: “Order ID – Exchange Request”

  3. Mention the issue in detail

  4. Attach a photo or video of the damaged or defective product

  5. A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours

  6. Pack the product securely with original packaging

Pickup will be arranged within 10 business days

Pickup will be arranged within 10 business days of your request

  • Ensure the product is packaged properly with original materials

  • If there is any discrepancy between the approved request and the item handed over, pickup will be denied

If applicable, refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 working days after the item has passed quality inspection.

Once received, all returned items will undergo a quality check. Upon approval, your exchange will be processed.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be possible.

If you need to change the size, delivery address, or contact number, please email admin@flickit.app with the subject line: “Order Number – Updated Details”

We will accommodate your request if the order has not yet shipped.
